Program Service Scheduler

The HT Group is seeking a Program Service Scheduler for our client in Beaumont. Spanish bilingual preferred.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. 
Employment Type : Full-time, Temp-to-Hire (Fully Onsite)
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35–40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate : $18 / hour
Responsibilities
• Schedule clients for imaging services.
• Handle intake calls, applications, and client questions.
• Accurately complete data entry and maintain client information.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service.
Requirements
• Excellent phone etiquette, grammar, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and able to learn new systems. • Friendly, professional, and comfortable working in a small team. • Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
• Training provided.
