The holder develops the monitoring and reporting system for management and for the Engineer's review, manages the consultant's programme control reporting to the Engineer each month, and monitors design performance against the design programme so that design programmes feed into the project and programme master schedules.
Risk assessment and mitigation plans are prepared from this post, and the holder assists in commercial and technical evaluation during consultant selection. Hill asks for a degree in engineering or an equivalent field and twenty years of post-graduate experience, of which at least twelve are with a project management consultancy delivering large multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
