Ensure timely delivery of BRP covering damage assessment, demolition, engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor execution, in line with project management and risk management requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary PMT activities and contractor execution.
- Develop EPC execution plans and strategies.
- Support damage assessment and OEM/vendor inspections.
- Manage BRP governance and contractor compliance.
- Support EPC scope and ITT development.
- Coordinate engineering, demolition, and procurement activities.
- Monitor schedule, progress, interfaces, and project delivery.
- Manage technical risks, changes, and scope control.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Drive issue resolution, best practices, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years’ engineering experience, including 4+ years in Oil & Gas.
- 1+ year supervisory/contractor oversight experience
Skills and Competencies
- Experience with integrated LNG developments and multiple EPCs.
- Experience in sour gas/LNG facilities and large utility systems.
- Experience with major EPC contractors in Lump Sum projects.
- Project/Field Engineering and discipline engineering background.
- Strong communication, analytical, and risk management skills.
