Project Manager – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Location: Hybrid

Salary: $115-130K, depending on experience

Bonus: ~10%

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager to join a collaborative engineering team in a player-coach role . This person will lead projects independently, manage client relationships, and provide technical guidance to the team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engineering projects from start to finish with limited oversight
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Assign work and coach designers while remaining hands-on
• Work collaboratively with the team and support project delivery
• Handle Revit, construction details, drawings, and technical documentation
• Provide technical leadership and stamp work as required

Must-Haves

• Active PE license – required
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background (no Civil )
• 5+ years of Revit experience
• 5–15 years of relevant engineering/project experience
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable independently managing projects and leading a team
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal oversight
