Project Manager (Contracts & Legal Transformation) About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead legal and contracts transformation initiatives, including contract lifecycle management, process improvements, and contract governance enhancements. The role will be partnered with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to standardize and optimize contract management practices.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Proven experience managing legal transformation, legal operations, or contracts transformation projects.
- Experience leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation or optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of contract management, contract governance, and procurement contracting processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Finance environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong project management and transformation delivery experience.
- Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and tools.
- Experience developing contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Excellent governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience driving process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
