Position Summary
CESCO is seeking an experienced Project Manager - ELV & ICT Solutions to lead the successful delivery of complex ELV and ICT infrastructure projects across Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and technical oversight of integrated technology solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, IPTV, Audio Visual Systems, Building Management Systems, and Enterprise Networks.
This role is ideal for bilingual professionals with strong technical and project management expertise who can successfully manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Detailed Job Description
As the ELV & ICT Project Manager, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation through commissioning and handover. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology infrastructure projects.
The role requires a balance of technical knowledge and leadership capability, with responsibility for coordinating resources, managing risks, controlling schedules, overseeing technical implementation, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ELV and ICT projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project execution while ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee implementation and integration of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, IPTV, AV, and BMS solutions.
- Manage networking and structured cabling infrastructure deployments.
- Conduct project progress reviews and stakeholder update meetings.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Manage technical teams, subcontractors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance, and project handover activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong experience managing ELV and ICT infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
