The Role
Own end-to-end delivery of technology and data initiatives from inception through to implementation, acting as the connective link between business stakeholders and technical teams
Apply agile project management practices to plan, prioritize and track work, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives where they add value
Build a strong working understanding of data flows, system architecture and technical dependencies, partnering closely with engineering and data leadership
Maintain governance and reporting across the project lifecycle, and influence stakeholders across business and technology functions, including some outside direct reporting lines
One year fixed-term mandate based in Connecticut, hybrid in-office
What They're Looking For
A strong track record delivering technology and data-focused projects in complex, matrixed environments, ideally within financial services, a hedge fund or an alternatives business
Practical agile project management experience; Scrum Master certification or hands-on experience is a strong plus
Solid understanding of data and architecture concepts, comfortable engaging credibly with engineering and data teams on technical trade-offs
Strong influencing skills, able to align stakeholders and drive decisions without relying on direct authority
