We're looking for an experienced Projects Controls Engineer to join our client in Qatar and contribute to the successful delivery of major projects. Role & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil preferred) 5–7 years of experience as a Projects Controls Engineer, with brownfield Oil & Gas experience; Petrochemical experience is an advantage Strong experience in planning and scheduling, including critical path monitoring and contractor schedule reviews Experience in budget management, cost forecasting, spend tracking, and change management Ability to analyse EOT claims and change orders, including their impact on project schedules Experience with SAP S/4 HANA IM/PS modules, from investment programme creation through financial close-out; SAP IM/PS experience preferred Strong skills in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management Experience supporting risk identification, mitigation, and lessons learned Proficiency in Project Controls tools and advanced MS Excel PMP, PMI, APM, CCP, PSP, or equivalent certification is an advantage Proficient in English; working knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
