Job Overview
We are looking for motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Property Consultants . This is a commission-based role offering excellent earning potential, professional training, qualified leads, and opportunities for career growth in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Generate leads, build client relationships, and maintain a strong network of potential buyers and investors.
- Advise clients on residential and commercial properties, including off-plan and secondary market opportunities.
- Arrange property viewings, conduct client meetings, and negotiate deals to achieve successful closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage; freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a commission-based role .
