Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service
- Manage property viewings, client communications, and inquiries efficiently
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience
- Provide expert advice on current market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus
- A valid UAE driver's license is preferred
