Responsibilities:
- Understand the Investor objectives, preferences and prepare proposals
- Be updated with market trends and excellent Investor networking
- Attend Developer sessions on new projects and be updated on latest projects
- Identify homeowners and persuade them to list their properties for sale/rent
- Listing in Property portals, update the CRM system and Property Monitor analysis
- Advise on buying process, documentation, financing options and ROI calculations
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate with knowledge of Real estate market
- Passionate about Sales and having long term career plan in Real estate business
- Good communication and negotiation skills able to cultivate long-term relations
- Should not be camera shy and willing to do Instagram Reels and SM content
- Marketing and presentation abilities, leveraging digital tools and platforms
- Hardworking, Team player and effective time management
