UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager (Mechanical Plant) with strong expertise in mechanical plant estimation, tendering, pricing, and EPC proposal management .
Experience Requirement:
- 12–18+ years of relevant experience.
- EPC/Main Contractor or Mechanical Contractor background.
- Mechanical plant, power, energy, O&G, mining, or industrial projects.
- Strong tendering, estimation, BOQ, take-off, and pricing experience.
- Experience evaluating OEM, supplier, and subcontractor quotations.
- Proven experience handling high-value and complex tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete tendering and proposal processes.
- Prepare estimates, pricing, BOQs, and cost build-ups.
- Coordinate technical and commercial inputs.
- Identify risks, exclusions, and commercial opportunities.
- Support bid strategy, value engineering, negotiations, and final submission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong EPC tendering and estimation knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tendering/estimating tools.
- Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.
