Job Description Job Description Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) About the Role Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health team providing psychiatric services in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities. This position focuses on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing behavioral health care for adult and geriatric patients in facility-based settings. Providers work collaboratively with medical teams while maintaining autonomy in their clinical practice.
