As a Partner Solution Sales Apprentice you will help deliver Microsofts Commercial Cloud solution value through a portfolio of managed partners aligned to strategic solution areas such as Azure Modern Work Security and Business Applications. Working closely with partner organizations and Microsoft sales teams you will support joint business planning identify growth opportunities and help accelerate partner-led customer digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Program start date: January 2027

About: Tomoh Program is Microsofts program for Emiritization aiming to accelerate Emiratis employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment and skilling programs.

Program overview : Microsoft Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills and on-the-job training to include mentoring coaching job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.

Program Details: The 6 months program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling Phase 2 - On The Job Training)
Phase one:Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)

• Onboarding and introduction to Microsofts mission culture strategy & structure.
• Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.
• Professional and soft skilling courses including project management change management effective interpersonal skills creativity and innovation and time management.
  
  
  

Phase two :On-the-job training (5 months)

• Joining as a Partner Solution Sales apprentice for on-the-job shadowing and training.
• Mentorship and coaching sessions.
• Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
• Advanced technology trainings including AI Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of joint solution area sales plans with Microsoft partners to drive cloud consumption and business growth.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating partner sales capabilities business priorities and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Microsoft sales technical and marketing teams to support partner-led customer engagements and co-sell opportunities.
• Help manage and track partner pipeline activities forecasts and sales performance metrics.
• Conduct market customer and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and digital transformation.
• Support partner enablement activities by helping partners understand Microsoft solution value propositions programs and go-to-market resources.
• Build relationships with partner stakeholders and contribute to initiatives that accelerate partner sales practice development and customer success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
• Fluency in English.
• You must be legallyauthorisedto work in UAE to be eligible for this role.(Legallyauthorised has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)for your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
• Currently completed a Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales Economics Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
• Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders partners and customers.
• Proficient communication analytical and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI Cloud Computing or related technologies is a plus.
