Madre Integrated Engineering Full time
- Obtain, review, and maintain valid offshore Permit to Work documentation before work begins.
- Ensure all offshore activities comply with approved PTW procedures, HSE standards, and client requirements.
- Verify risk assessments, toolbox talks, gas tests, isolations, and required safety precautions.
- Coordinate with offshore supervisors, HSE personnel, operations teams, and work crews.
- Monitor worksite conditions and stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or permit violations arise.
- Ensure permits are correctly suspended, extended, transferred, closed, or cancelled after completion.
- Maintain accurate permit records, supporting documents, and daily offshore permit status updates.
- Confirm personnel understand job hazards, emergency procedures, escape routes, and offshore safety requirements.
Requirements
Must have atleast 4-6 years of offshore experience in the Oil & Gas / LNG sector .
Must be a PTW QELNG Approved and have strong knowledge of PTW systems and offshore safety compliance.
