The Role:

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Public Relations Manager to join one of Doha's most dynamic hospitality destinations. This is a leadership role for a highly organized professional with a strong operational background, a passion for excellence, and the ability to lead and develop.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute an integrated public relations and communications strategy that enhances brand visibility, reputation, and market positioning across local, regional, and international markets. Lead and manage relationships with external PR agencies and communications partners, providing strategic direction, setting performance expectations, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring all PR initiatives support business objectives, brand positioning, and commercial priorities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, luxury lifestyle publications, influencers, tastemakers, content creators, and key industry stakeholders. Secure high-value editorial coverage and storytelling opportunities across hospitality, travel, dining, wellness, culture, design, and luxury lifestyle platforms. Lead the creation of press releases, media kits, executive communications, speeches, brand narratives, and thought leadership content. Plan and execute media events, press trips, influencer collaborations, launch activations, and experiential campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. Support the promotion of diverse business pillars including luxury hospitality experiences, award-winning dining concepts, wellness offerings, membership experiences, cultural programming, and special events. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Events, Membership, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, cultural institutions, tourism stakeholders, and industry organizations that enhance visibility and guest engagement. Monitor media coverage, brand sentiment, competitor activity, and industry trends, providing regular performance analysis and strategic recommendations. Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Strong media network and proven track record of securing top-tier press coverage. Preferred Arabic Speaking Candidates Sophisticated, polished, and professional demeanor.
