IJOB Operate and monitor steel plant production processes from the control room/pulpit. Monitor plant equipment, production parameters, alarms, and operating conditions through control systems. Control and coordinate production operations according to approved procedures and production targets. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, flow, and production rates. Coordinate with field operators, maintenance teams, and supervisors to ensure smooth plant operations. Identify abnormal operating conditions, equipment faults, and process deviations and take appropriate action. Start, stop, and adjust plant equipment according to operational requirements and safety procedures. Maintain accurate production logs, operating records, and shift reports. Follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and plant safety regulations. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
