Implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) specific to the project. Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of civil site activities. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality deliverables and address non-conformances promptly. Prepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), quality control plans, and checklists specific to civil activities. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to verify supplier quality and compliance with contractual requirements. Analyze quality data and generate reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation for quality issues. Ensure compliance with HSE standards related to site activities. Participate in project quality meetings and interface with quality personnels and third-party inspectors.
