Inspect incoming materials such as fabric, leather, foam, wood, and metal.
Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections.
Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Support QC procedures, checklists, and testing activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with production and design teams to improve product quality.
QC experience in upholstery furniture manufacturing.
Knowledge of fabric, leather, foam, wood, and metal materials.
Understanding of quality inspection and defect identification.
Familiarity with material testing methods is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Good reporting, communication, and MS Excel skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
