QC Supervisor

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

• Supervise and coordinate all QC inspection activities for marine fabrication, welding, structural, and piping works.
  
• Ensure work complies with approved ITPs, drawings, specifications, WPS/PQR, and project quality requirements .
  
• Monitor welding, fabrication, fit-up, NDT, dimensional checks, and final inspections.
  
• Review inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, test records, and quality documentation.
  
• Coordinate with client inspectors, third-party inspectors, supervisors, and project teams.
  
• Ensure quality issues are corrected and closed within the required timeline.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of QC experience , including supervisory experience in marine projects.
  
• Experience on vessels, barges, shipyards, ports, or marine fabrication projects .
  
• Strong knowledge of welding, structural fabrication, piping inspection, NDT, and quality documentation .
  
• Familiar with ITP, WPS/PQR, NCR, inspection reports, and applicable codes/standards .
  
• CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI / API or equivalent certification preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
