Key Responsibilities

Assist with tendering quantity take-offs BOQs estimation and bid preparationMeasurement and valuation of completed worksPreparation of interim payment applicationsAssist with variations claims and final accountsMonitor project costs and support cost reportingReview and assess subcontractor quotations and payment applicationsSupport subcontract procurement and commercial comparisonsMaintain variation payment and subcontract registersAssist with contract administration under FIDIC-based contractsCoordinate with project planning procurement and finance teamsProvide commercial support across multiple marine projects

Requirements

5-10 years Quantity Surveying experience preferably with experience in marine construction projects Quantity Surveyor with marine construction experience to support both pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities across ongoing projects.
