Quantity Surveyor (SPIR)

Location: Qatar.

Salary: QAR 7,000–10,000 (Fixed) + FAT.

Project Type: Short-term.

Interview Mode: Online via Microsoft Teams.

Qualification & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Experience in Turnaround (TA) planning for petrochemical, oil and gas plants.

Working knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera.

Proficiency in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage additional work, variations, and related measurements.
• Monitor submissions of additional work and variation forms.
• Review variation documentation and coordinate approvals with Qatar Energy.
• Consolidate measurement sheets, variation sheets, and supporting documents.
