We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the real estate market and a passion for providing exceptional client this role you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying selling and leasing of properties with a focus on hospitality-oriented real estate including hotels resorts and vacation rentals. You will utilize your expertise to evaluate properties negotiate transactions and foster relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Coordinate property viewings negotiations and contract preparations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless transaction processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions listings and transactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends regulations and competitive offerings.
• Represent IIQAF professionally at networking events and industry functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role preferably within hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets property laws and transaction procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-oriented approach.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency with real estate software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid real estate license as required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in real estate sales and hospitality management are a plus.
