Job Description:
Haus Ville Real Estate is hiring a driven and customer-focused COMMISSION-BASED Off-Plan Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
- Generate and convert leads and build strong client relationships.
- Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process, from inquiry to closing.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of real estate sales experience.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate and RERA is an advantage.
- English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
