Real Estate Attorney

A well-established law firm in Uniondale, NY is seeking a mid-to-senior level transactional real estate attorney with lender and borrower-side lending experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience
• Lending/borrower-side lender experience required
• Strong writing skills required
• Diligent, self-motivated, and collaborative work style

Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $185,000 and $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
