Role Description This is a contract Real Estate Executive role based in Doha, Qatar, offered on a hybrid basis, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Real Estate Executive will handle day-to-day client interactions, property viewings, and negotiations, ensuring that buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords receive accurate information and timely support. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting market analysis, preparing documentation, and coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in transactions. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The successful candidate will contribute to meeting revenue targets while upholding the company’s standards of service and ethics.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of real estate practices, including property listing, valuation basics, and transaction processes.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Experience in sales or business development, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving performance targets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to analyze market trends, prepare reports, and use real estate or CRM software to manage portfolios.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, aligned with company values and local regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, clients, and deadlines.
• Prior experience in the Qatar real estate market or GCC region is preferred, along with knowledge of local laws and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is desirable; equivalent experience will be considered.
