Job Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the real estate sales function, driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and developing strong relationships with clients and business partners. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and experience in managing the full property sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, train, and manage the real estate sales team.
• Monitor individual and team performance and ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential buyers, investors, and clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and property presentations to negotiation and closing deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and meetings with prospective clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, competitors, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Develop relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, developers, and other business partners.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Handle negotiations and ensure contracts and sales documentation are completed accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant real estate regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales professional within the real estate industry .
• Strong experience in property sales, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Previous experience managing and leading a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Good knowledge of UAE market and also Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
