Job Purpose:
- Welcome and assist guests using the hotel’s pool and fitness facilities.
- Register guests and maintain accurate recreation records.
- Ensure pool, fitness, and recreation areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Set up pool furniture, cabanas, towels, and other guest amenities.
- Monitor supplies and equipment and report maintenance or housekeeping requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Laundry, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Perform opening, closing, and other duties as assigned by the Spa & Recreation team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality or health club industry
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
