Recruiter / Account Manager

Location: NYC (Midtown) with locations also in Morristown, NJ and Long Island.

Compensation: Flexible base + competitive uncapped commission structure

Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science

Position Overview

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced 180 or 360 recruiter. We have opportunities across our F&A team, AEC, Technology, Life Sciences and Legal

This role is a hybrid of account management and recrui ting, focused on building strong candidate and client relationships. Green Key is very established and recruits across the following verticals: Finance & Accounting, AEC, Technology, Pro Services and Legal, Life Sciences. We are open to industry at this time. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the sales industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth
• Recruiting, sourcing and cold-calling
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications for sales resumes to match client needs
• Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning
• Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placement
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or sales
• Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment with a drive to exceed goals
