Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven GTM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of Go-to-Market functions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across sales, marketing, customer success, business development, partnerships, and related functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage approximately 10-12 active requisitions at any given time.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and align on candidate profiles.
• Drive an efficient and high-quality interview process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

GTM Hiring

• Recruit for a broad range of Go-to-Market roles, including:
• Sales
• Business Development
• Customer Success
• Account Management
• Marketing
• Partnerships
• Revenue Operations
• Support hiring across both individual contributor and leadership positions, ranging from junior to senior levels.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical GTM functions.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify top talent and provide market insights.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, compensation, and hiring best practices.
• Ensure alignment throughout the recruiting process and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Support

• Assist with technical recruiting projects or searches as business needs require.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to support hiring goals across the organization.

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, or Partnerships.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in both agency and corporate/in-house recruiting environments.
• Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence hiring leaders.
• Exposure to technical recruiting is a plus.
