We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate who will oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process, develop hiring strategies, and manage a high‑performing team of recruiters. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in building and scaling talent acquisition functions in fast‑paced environments. The ideal candidate will drive talent initiatives to support our hyper‑growth journey while fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion.

• Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy to meet business growth objectives, focusing on both tech and core business roles.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and alignment with business goals.
• Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top‑tier talent through social media, job boards, events, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.
• Provide data‑driven insights, recruitment metrics, and reports to inform decision‑making and continuously improve hiring practices.
• Champion diverse and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to source high‑quality talent.

The magic you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong expertise in hiring for tech and non‑tech roles in fast‑paced, high‑growth startups or similar industries.
• Experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes, and systems.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and report insights.
• Deep knowledge of local and international labor markets and compliance regulations in Qatar.
• Passion for building inclusive, diverse, and dynamic teams.
