InterEx Group is continuing to grow in Miami, and we’re looking for ambitious, competitive people to join our recruitment team in Edgewater.

You don’t need recruitment experience . We’re looking for people who are driven, confident, competitive and want a career where their progression and earning potential are directly linked to their performance.

You’ll be trained from day one to build your own recruitment desk, develop new business, manage client relationships and work across specialist technology markets including ERP, CRM and Data.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generating new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn and networking
• Building and developing relationships with clients
• Sourcing and engaging candidates across specialist technology markets
• Managing your own recruitment desk and developing your market
• Negotiating with clients and candidates
• Working towards individual targets and revenue goals
• Learning the full recruitment lifecycle from day one

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish is essential
• Previous sales, retail, customer-facing or target-driven experience is beneficial
• Competitive and motivated by hitting targets
• Confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone
• Resilient, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales and recruitment
• No previous recruitment experience required
