Recruitment Executive - White collar

We are looking for an experienced strong Recruitment Executive strong to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment within the strong construction or contracting industry strong and will be responsible for fulfilling manpower needs across various departments and project sites strong.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for white- and blue-collar roles.
• Source screen and shortlist candidates for both technical and non-technical roles including site office and support positions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates utilizing job boards professional sourcing sites Naukrigulf Indeed and Linkedin internal databases and headhunting.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews schedule technical assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters employment contracts and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment within a construction or contracting company in the UAE.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple vacancies efficiently.Immediate joiners preferred.
