What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll get hands‑on exposure to the exciting world of recruitment, including:

• Talent Hunting: Source and headhunt potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
• Candidate Engagement: Connect with candidates, make recruitment calls, and conduct initial screenings.
• CV Screening: Review applications and shortlist suitable talent.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Recruitment Support: Manage job postings, candidate databases, follow‑ups, and hiring trackers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to find the right talent.
  

Who Are We Looking For?

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
