Position: Recruitment Specialist (6 Month - Maternity Cover)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong recruitment experience within EPC and PMC environments .
- Proven experience recruiting for Iraq projects is highly desirable.
- Strong track record in recruiting engineering, technical and project personnel across disciplines such as Engineering, Construction, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Commissioning and Project Controls.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and project mobilization
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Hands-on, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced project environment.
