Scope of Work
The contractor/vendor shall carry out the following works:
- Inspect and verify the affected pool deck, planter wall, and surrounding areas before commencement of works.
- Remove all damaged, cracked, loose, deteriorated, and discoloured pool deck tiles.
- Supply and install new 40 × 40 cm pool deck tiles matching the existing tiles in size, colour, finish, and appearance.
- Identify and rectify the source of water seepage in the affected areas.
- Carry out waterproofing works to the affected pool deck, planter wall, and associated areas.
- Prepare the affected surfaces before application of waterproofing and reinstatement works.
- Re-grout the complete pool deck flooring area of approximately 512 m² using suitable waterproof grout.
- Replace the damaged planter pot.
- Prepare and repaint the affected planter surfaces where paint is peeling or deteriorated.
- Ensure proper tile alignment, level, joint finishing, and drainage slope.
- Rectify any defects identified upon completion.
- Remove all debris generated from the works and hand over the area in proper condition.
