Scope of Work

Location: Ground Floor – Tangerine Hotel Wall, Indigo Tower

The contractor/vendor shall carry out the following works based on the reported damaged and missing external wall cladding sections, including sealing and reinstatement of the façade finish to prevent water ingress. technical-report-of-external-wa…

• Inspect and verify the affected external wall cladding area and existing site conditions before commencement of work.
• Remove and rectify any loose or damaged cladding sections within the affected area as required.
• Provide and install new external wall cladding panels at the missing sections.
• Ensure the new cladding matches the existing façade in material, finish, appearance, and alignment.
• Properly secure all installed and existing loose cladding sections.
• Apply suitable external-grade sealant to joints, edges, gaps, and interfaces to prevent rainwater ingress.
• Reinstate the external wall finish to match the existing surrounding façade.
• Ensure all joints are properly sealed and the completed installation is secure and weather-resistant.
• Protect adjacent finishes and surrounding areas during the works.
• Rectify any defects or incomplete finishing identified after completion.
• Remove debris generated from the works and leave the affected area in proper condition.
• Complete the works and hand over the rectified area after final inspection.
