We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician with strong Facility Management experience to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and chiller systems. The candidate should be capable of handling preventive and breakdown maintenance independently and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and chiller systems .
- Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, controls, and electrical components .
- Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and breakdown repairs .
- Detect refrigerant leaks and carry out necessary repairs safely.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using wiring diagrams .
- Maintain service and maintenance records.
Requirements
- Technical Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration / HVAC .
- Minimum 3–4 years of Facility Management experience – mandatory .
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC, and chillers .
- Good knowledge of compressors, motors, controls, and electrical troubleshooting .
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling, leak detection, and safety procedures .
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams .
