About the Role

MoEngage is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager - Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) who can own both sides of regional growth: building and running demand generation programs that fill the pipeline, and planning and delivering the field marketing and events that give that pipeline a human face. This is a role for someone equally comfortable building a targeted ABM campaign and running the CXO dinner that closes the loop on it.

This is primarily an execution role with real room to shape strategy: you’ll partner with the Regional Marketing Head based out of Bengaluru to help build the regional demand generation strategy, and you’ll independently own and drive the region’s events strategy end to end. You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success across the region - gathering field intelligence that sharpens targeting, and following up on campaign and event attendees to convert interest into pipeline.

This is an individual contributor role based in Dubai. You will report to the Regional Marketing Head based out of Bengaluru, working in close partnership with regional sales leadership, and in coordination with central demand generation, content, and product marketing teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the regional events strategy and calendar - conceptualise, plan, and execute a mix of executive roundtables, CXO dinners and briefings, workshops, mixers, webinars, and tradeshows aligned to pipeline goals
• Manage MoEngage’s presence at third-party conferences and tradeshows across the region, including sponsorship negotiation, logistics, and speaking opportunities
• Drive end-to-end sales integration for every event: account-targeted invitation lists, pre-event sales briefings, post-event follow-up sequences, and opportunity tagging in CRM
• Own vendor and agency relationships - venues, production companies, event management agencies - negotiating contracts and managing the regional field marketing budget within agreed variance
• Run regular planning syncs with regional sales leadership to align the calendar with sales priorities and course-correct as needed
• Maintain rigorous event operations: run-of-show documentation, logistics checklists, post-event retrospectives, and attribution tracking
• Localize messaging, formats, and content for regional buyer culture, adapting global campaign themes to resonate across the region

Demand Generation

• Partner with the Regional Marketing Head to shape the regional demand generation strategy and translate quarterly pipeline targets into a coherent mix of campaigns.
• Plan and execute always-on and campaign-specific demand gen motions - ABM plays, content campaigns, thought leadership, webinars, and nurture sequences - tailored to regional buyer behaviour.
• Own campaign execution end-to-end: targeting and segmentation, channel selection, creative coordination with central content and product marketing teams, launch, and optimisation.
• Track and report on demand gen pipeline contribution (MQLs, SQLs, opportunity conversion), and use that data to continuously sharpen targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
• Gather field intelligence from Sales and CS - account signals, competitive intel, customer pain points - and translate it into sharper campaign targeting and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful, hands‑on time in both demand generation (campaigns, ABM, digital) and field marketing/events. This role needs both, not one at the expense of the other
• Proven track record building demand gen campaigns that contribute measurable pipeline, and planning/executing multi‑market events end to end, from concept through on‑site delivery to post‑event reporting
• Demonstrated experience working in close alignment with Sales: you understand pipeline stages, deal cycles, and what it means to run marketing that Sales actually uses
• Comfortable operating primarily as an execution owner with real strategic input - partnering with a regional marketing director on strategy while independently driving delivery
• Strong vendor and agency management experience: negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and holding external partners accountable to quality and timelines
• Fluent, professional‑grade English (written and verbal); Arabic language skills are a plus
• Hands‑on experience with SFDC, HubSpot, or similar tools for campaign and event attribution, lead management, and reporting
• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS or MarTech company is strongly preferred - familiarity with the SaaS GTM motion and competitive landscape will accelerate success in this role
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, working across multiple markets and time zones
• Strong project management and organizational skills - able to run multiple programs simultaneously without dropping detail
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - confident engaging with regional sales leaders, central ops teams, and external partners at the same time
