Regional Product Marketing Manager

As our Regional Product Marketing Manager youll support HIDs successby:

• Implementing the product strategy for HID Globals physical access control solutions (PACS) readers
• Defining market requirements and business opportunity; own the high-level product roadmap and be accountable to its execution
• Acting as the voice of the customer (partner and end user) to product management cloud services and the rest of the organization
• Collecting analyzing and reporting on needs and trends based on end user and channel surveys as well competitive and industry analysis to provide input to the reader product roadmap
• Educating the rest of the organization on reader products and be the center of competency for market knowledge sizing and customer profiles
• Strategizing and defining decision criteria of prospects channels and end users to position HID readers against competition
• Defining implementing and evolving pricing strategy for reader products
• Developing product data suitable for product promotion through various channels
• Developing and executing the implementation of successful new reader product launch programs with assets ready that define target markets positioning competitive analysis and comparison collaterals white papers training presentations pricing and promotion
• Analyzing and understanding the longer term market direction and influence external analysts to adopt/value HID Globals direction
• Leading key relationships within the physical access control market in order to stay abreast of standards policies and technology adoption
• Reviewing and reporting regularly on segment and geographical business performance including revenue product mix and margin trends and advice the organization on improvement implementations to drive both growth and profitability
• Generating and implementing channel strategies with the sales and marketing organization including pricing and discount strategies

YourExperienceand Background include:

• Minimum of bachelors degree in marketing or other relevant discipline
• Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered
• Minimum 5 years product marketing or product management related positions
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic both written and verbal is required.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers partners and internal stakeholders across the region.

• Proven ability to successfully launch products and services on a global basis
• Strong expertise in the area of physical security
• Understanding of access control systems
• Experience operating in a product development team using SAFe for Lean Enterprises methodology
• Proven capability of cross-functional collaboration & ability to gain consensus
• You are decisive but open to new ideas
• You are a self-starter entrepreneurial
• You are a quick learner
• Data & analysis driven
• You are comfortable with and able to manage constructively; change ambiguity debate conflict and informed risk taking
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the hiring country.
