Regulatory Affairs Specialist – WYCON cosmetics, Dubai
WYCON cosmetics, an Italian beauty brand with a global presence, is hiring a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support product compliance and market access in Dubai.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the international cosmetics sector
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic product regulations and extra‑EU requirements
- Experience managing Product Information Files (PIF), CPNP notifications, and export documentation
- Fluency in Italian; attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Ensure regulatory compliance of cosmetic products across international markets
- Support market entry by analysing regulatory requirements and preparing necessary documentation
- Monitor and interpret national and international regulatory updates
- Validate formulas, claims, labels, and INCI against local regulations
- Manage product notifications on regulatory portals and coordinate export documentation requests
- Review packaging graphics and validate packaging for international markets
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities, laboratories, suppliers, and external consultants
- Assist in internationalisation projects and product adaptation for specific markets
Stipend & Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience and seniority. Full‑time contract, on‑site in Dubai.
