Egis Group is seeking a Senior Regulatory Liaison in Dubai to act as the primary interface with Dubai Municipality, DDATrakhees, DEWA, and RTA. You will lead the full approval cycle from concept through Building Completion Certificate, coordinating NOCs and submission packages with accuracy.
You will supervise designers or coordinators, align submissions with authority checklists, and provide risk-aware strategies to minimize rejections. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
