Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a key manufacturing client to recruit and hire a full-time Site Reliability Engineer in Nashville, TN!
What you’ll do:
- Improve equipment reliability, OEE, uptime, and overall production performance
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and develop long-term solutions to recurring equipment issues
- Develop and optimize Preventive & Predictive Maintenance and TPM programs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls-related issues
- Lead capital and engineering projects from concept through completion
- Analyze maintenance and production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Establish and track reliability and maintenance KPIs
- Support and provide technical leadership to maintenance teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and new technology implementation
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of reliability/maintenance experience within a high-volume production environment
- Strong reliability, RCFA, and equipment troubleshooting experience
- Capital project management experience
- Team/people management experience
- Familiarity with PLCs, automation, controls, instrumentation, AutoCAD, etc.
