Renewals Advsior

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Renewals Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, handling renewal requirements, following up on upcoming expiries, and ensuring timely completion of business license and related service renewals.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in renewals, customer service, business setup, corporate services, or a similar client-facing role in the UAE. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients and ensure timely renewal of their business licenses and related services.
• Monitor upcoming renewal dates and proactively contact clients regarding their renewal requirements.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable renewal packages and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and renewal documentation as required.
• Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure renewals are completed within the required timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, free zones, and relevant departments to facilitate smooth renewal processing.
• Maintain accurate and updated client information, renewal status, and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant business setup and corporate services.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and renewal-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure all required documents are collected and submitted correctly.
• Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely closure of renewal transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term retention.
• Meet individual renewal, revenue, and customer retention targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in renewals, business setup, corporate services, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Fluent in Hindi and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of UAE business setup, licensing, free zones, or corporate services will be an advantage.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
