The main responsibility of the Maintenance specialist is to coordinate guide and participate in the daily operations of the maintenance team to preserve the good condition of our properties in Dubai.
You will be planning coordinating and participating in a variety of general maintenance tasks including AC Maintenance Electrical Plumbing Painting & Plastering carpentry pool maintenance landscaping and more!
The ideal candidate is someone who has good experience working on the field a strong problem-solving mind and attention to details. Also able to properly balance working on the field along with the team and in office.

Required Skills:
