Break Down Posted On: October 12, 2026 Closing On: October 19, 2026
During a site observation of the roof exhaust fan installation at Staircase No. 1, three key deficiencies were identified: a damaged flexible canvas connection (approx. 100 cm × 100 cm), a damaged canvas support frame (approx. 160 cm × 50 cm) compromising stability, and paint coating damage exposing metal surfaces to potential corrosion. To restore the unit's performance and longevity, a corrective intervention is required involving site inspection, component replacement, structural rectification, and protective painting.
Site Inspection & Measurement: Visit the site to inspect the affected exhaust fan area, verify existing conditions, and take precise measurements and necessary details prior to execution.
Exhaust Fan Canvas Replacement: Remove the damaged flexible canvas connection and supply and install a new replacement canvas (approximately 100 cm × 100 cm) between the exhaust fan and ductwork.
Support Frame Rectification & Installation: Remove the damaged support frame and supply and install 1 new support frame (approximately 160 cm × 50 cm) to ensure proper stability and operational performance.
Painting Works: Perform surface preparation and apply a protective paint coating on the exhaust fan assembly and associated components to prevent future corrosion.
