AC Ground -floor management room requires rectification of the following at the roof-level AC outdoor unit.
- 1. Replacement of AC compressors Model CR32 K6M-PFZ -141. (MakerCopeland, Hermetic Reciprocating Compressor)
- 2. Isolate the power from the unit.
- 3. Release the system pressure if applicable.
- 4. De-braze the refrigerant pipelines from the defective compressors.
- 5. Remove the old compressor from the unit base.
- 6. Supply and install new compressor.
- 7. Reconnect all the refrigerant pipelines.
- 8. Carry out necessary brazing works.
- 9. Supply and Replacement of Drier Filter 3/8" - 1 No
- 10. Pressure Testing.
- 12. Charging with Fresh Refrigerant (R-22)
