Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Coordinator located in Doha, Qatar. The Reservations Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as processing reservations via booking system, quotations, communicating with clients via phone and email, and offering top-tier customer service.
Qualifications
Previous experience of 1- 2 years in hospitality, transportation, or travel services is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
Proficiency in using reservation or booking system and CRM software is beneficial
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple bookings in a fast-paced environment.
