A company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Resident Engineer with strong experience in enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Forcepoint DLP, CASB and secure web proxy technologies. The role is focused on implementing, managing and supporting enterprise data security and protection environments.
The successful candidate will work with DLP policies, data classification, cloud access security, data discovery, incident management and regulatory compliance. This is a one-year contract opportunity for an experienced information security professional seeking to strengthen their expertise in enterprise data protection and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities Implement and manage enterprise DLP solutions and policies. Configure, tune and manage Forcepoint DLP policies and incidents. Manage Microsoft Purview Information Protection capabilities. Configure sensitivity labels, labeling policies and Sensitive Information Types. Support auto-labeling, encryption and Information Rights Management. Integrate Microsoft Purview capabilities with DLP solutions. Manage Forcepoint CASB and Proxy for data discovery, risk assessment and access governance. Monitor security posture and cloud application controls. Support endpoint DLP and network monitoring. Perform advanced data discovery across structured and unstructured data, databases, file shares and cloud storage. Support DLP and DSPM integration with SIEM platforms. Support regulatory compliance requirements and security assessments. Participate in managed security services and consulting engagements. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field. Forcepoint DLP Certified Professional/Engineer certification. Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity certification relevant to Microsoft Purview, or proven hands‑on implementation and operational experience. Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise DLP, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, data classification, CASB and secure web proxy management. Strong knowledge of Forcepoint DLP policy creation, tuning and incident management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, labeling policies, Sensitive Information Types, auto-labeling, encryption and Information Rights Management. Strong knowledge of Forcepoint CASB and Proxy. Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS and ISO 27001. Hands‑on experience with endpoint DLP, network monitoring and cloud application controls. Knowledge of advanced data discovery across structured and unstructured environments. Familiarity with SIEM platforms for DLP and DSPM integration. Experience in managed security services or consulting engagements. Must be currently available in Qatar.
