Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. They should be able to effectively manage a team, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• - Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
• - Manage and train staff members, including servers, cooks, and other employees
• - Ensure that all employees adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when needed
• - Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
• - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• - Work with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
• - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times

Requirements

• - Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• - Proficient in managing financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and inventory management

Salary: 1000$ (negotiable based on experience)

City: El-Ain (open to candidates from other cities within close proximity)
